The only contact channel
Wort & Keg is a publisher rather than a retailer, and it is run by one person. There is no phone line, no support queue and no premises, so email is the whole of it -- which also means a real person reads what arrives rather than a ticketing system.
What to write about
Four things we genuinely want
- Corrections. The most useful mail we get. If a specification is wrong, a product is discontinued, or a generation has been superseded, tell us and it gets fixed. Our method is published, so being held to it is the point.
- Equipment we have missed. Particularly in the categories where the market moves, like pressure fermenters and all-in-one systems.
- Questions a page should have answered. If you came looking for something and did not find it, that is a gap worth knowing about.
- Press and partnership enquiries. Noting that we do not accept paid placements or sponsored rankings -- see the affiliate disclosure for how the site is funded.
What we cannot help with
Being straightforward about it
- Order enquiries. We do not sell anything. If you bought something through a link here, the retailer handles the order, the shipping and the returns.
- Warranty claims. Those go to the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from.
- Current prices. We deliberately do not publish prices we cannot verify, so we genuinely do not know what something costs today. The buy links go to the retailer’s live price.
